How does the 14-day free trial work?

If you cancel a plan within 14 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.

Refunds will not be issued after your initial 14 day trial and we do not prorate for partial months.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Renttopolis is a pay-as-you-go service. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept all credit cards and bank transfers via PayPal. Soon we will be accepting ACH transactions via the My Bill Pay system

We are also experimenting with a pay by check option. Select pay by check and you will be invoiced for one year of Renttropolis. We must receive payment prior to the 14 day free trail expiration and you will be invoiced annually.
